D. A. Gray has extensive knowledge and expertise in all matters related to law enforcement, immigration and national security. A subject matter expert in law-enforcement tactics, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and immigration.  Additionally, he has vast field experience in background investigations and interviewing techniques. As a United States Air Force veteran holding a Master of Arts degree in Homeland Security & Global Studies, he is a retired government Special Agent and a licensed polygrapher who maintains a Top-Secret clearance. 

Mr. Gray has demonstrated superior capabilities in creating an information-sharing environment by building strategic partnerships with domestic and international law enforcement and the intelligence community. Throughout his federal law enforcement career, he has advised, instructed, and provided guidance in supervisory and program managerial positions. His strong consultative, critical thinking, and analytic skills have been pivotal in his professional achievements.
 
D. A. Gray has provided consultation and guidance to senior management, as well as foreign and U.S. Embassy national security partners, on policies, procedures, programs, and the application of related government laws and regulations. He has successfully implemented and supervised national security and law enforcement standard operational procedures and tactical operations. His expert knowledge in establishing interoperability and promoting inter- and intra-agency partnerships has significantly contributed to his field. Moreover, Mr. Gray has received numerous peer and managerial accolades and awards, further highlighting his distinguished career and outstanding contributions to law enforcement and national security.
